A to Z Artistry will be resuming programming with the Gamber Community Center for the 2021 calendar year under the condition that our events adhere to a few major guidelines.
- All staff, instructors, and participants are required to wear a mask during government mandates.
- Participants must be spaced within the room following social distancing guidelines. (2 per table or three feet apart)
- Participants must have a unique set of materials for the duration of the class. If there are multiple classes proper cleaning and disinfecting of the materials is required.
- If your child is displaying symptoms including but not limited to: coughing, runny nose, fever, fatigue, sore throat, difficulty breathing, etc. A parent or guardian will be contacted to arrange pick up. We will accommodate unfinished projects by providing necessary materials to complete at home.
A to Z will be following all CDC guidelines and recommendations for School Settings which can be found in detail at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/schools-childcare/summer-camps.html
We strive to be flexible in dealing with unforeseen events that affect our families. Please understand that we rely on tuition and fees to pay for all supplies which we acquire beforehand and will be unable to issue refunds in the event that your child is unable to attend camp. Should your child not be able to attend for any reason we may provide a credit to role-over your payment as a deposit for a future event.
Thank you for your continued patience and support.
