A to Z Artistry was able to resume programming with the Gamber Community Center starting during the 2021 calendar year under the condition that our events adhere to a few major guidelines.

• If your child has a mild cough or runny nose we will require them to wear a mask during any event those symptoms are present. If your child does not arrive with a mask, a disposable mask will be provided for your child.
• If your child is displaying symptoms including but not limited to: heavy coughing, runny nose, fever, fatigue, sore throat, difficulty breathing, etc. A parent or guardian will be contacted to arrange pick up. We will accommodate unfinished projects by providing necessary materials to complete at home.

We strive to be flexible in dealing with unforeseen events that affect our families. Please understand that we rely on tuition and fees to pay for all supplies which we acquire beforehand and will be unable to issue refunds in the event that your child is unable to attend camp. Should your child not be able to attend for any reason we may provide a credit to role-over your payment as a deposit for a future event. Refunds can be provided at the discretion of A to Z Artistry but are not guaranteed. Credits/refunds will not be issued after the event has passed.
