If your child needs to miss a day of camp please inform the instructors, Heather Alvarado and Ivey Zoellers, in person or via email at atozartistry@gmail.com to inform us about any schedule conflicts. We are unable to pro-rate or reimburse funds for the time missed by we may be able to accommodate assisting a camper in completing certain projects that are already started ahead of time or the following day. Most of our projects are designed to be started and completed in a single session so if your camper misses an entire day we will not be able to allot time to teach a missed lesson to a single camper but we may be able to provide the materials and instructions to complete the project at home if requested.
