STUDENT EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITY – Please review the details below to learn more about your child participating in our 2nd Annual community art showing at the Burr Oak Woods Nature Center in Blue Springs.

During this 3 hour workshop participants will make artwork inspired by local nature scenery. Each attendee will create 2 pieces of original artwork using a variety of artistic methods and materials. After the workshop has concluded artists between the ages of 5-14 will have the option to submit 1-2 pieces they made during the class to be put on display at the Burr Oak Woods Nature Center in Blue Springs from July through August. All artwork will be returned to students at the end of the show. After the show has concluded, art pick-up will occur on Tuesday evenings from 6PM-7PM in September and the Gamber Community Center.
